June 4, 2020

We are re-opening our doors on Monday 8th June and look forward to welcoming you again to the practice to continue your treatment.

To ensure the safety of all our patients and staff, a significant number of changes have been made. This means that all appointments made for you before, or during, lockdown have now been cancelled. We are in the process of re-booking all our patients who are currently undergoing orthodontic treatment via a telephone call in the coming days and weeks. Appointments will be made on a priority basis (pain/discomfort) as determined by the clinical team, and in a chronological manner thereafter. Please do not attend the practice if you do not have an appointment with us, as you will not be seen.

Many treatment types, including brace removal, cause fine particles to be released into the air (aerosol). This is a potential route for virus transmission and as such, enhanced PPE and decontamination is required. This enhanced PPE is currently unavailable and as such, it is not possible to remove any braces at this time. Those who were due to have braces removed just prior to lockdown will understandably be very disappointed with this news and we thank you for your ongoing patience at this time.

Any FAQs you may have can be answered on our Q+A section, under ‘Information regarding your treatment during Covid-19.’

We recommend you regularly check our website or follow us on Facebook/Instagram to keep updated on when normal services can resume.
